Usage Guidelines
Correct name form
Always refer to the company as "Univers" on first mention. Do not abbreviate to "UVS", "UNIVERS" (all-caps), or any other form. The legal entity name is "Univers AFMH SL" and may be used in formal or legal contexts.
Mark symbols
Use "Univers®" when the registered mark symbol is appropriate (formal press, legal documents, brand materials). In running editorial text, "Univers" without the symbol is acceptable after the first attributed reference.
Technology system names
Each proprietary technology system carries a ™ symbol: Brain™, AURA™, Cortex™, Nexus OS™, Animus™, V-Commerce™, Engine™, and Torba OS™. Always include the ™ mark when referring to these systems by name.
No modifications

Domain and online use
The Univers name may not be used in domain names, social media handles, application names, or any online presence that could create confusion with Univers or its divisions, products, or services.
Legal Notice
Unauthorised use of the Univers name, marks, or any confusingly similar designation in commerce, including in domain names, software products, company names, or advertising, constitutes trademark infringement and may give rise to legal proceedings under EU Regulation No. 2017/1001 and applicable national law.
Univers AFMH SL actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights across all jurisdictions. Third parties who believe they have received a trademark notice in error are invited to contact us directly.
