Univers V-Commerce™ is the division's flagship platform, a web-native 3D shopping environment that operates entirely within a standard browser. No application download. No VR headset. No specialised device. A consumer arrives at a V-Commerce environment the same way they arrive at any web page, and from that moment, the experience of retail is fundamentally different.

V-Commerce environments are built using Univers Engine™, the division's sovereign 3D rendering infrastructure. Environments load at web speed, scale to any product catalogue, and integrate with existing commerce backends without bespoke engineering. Product interactions, rotation, surface examination, configuration, contextual placement, are native to the environment.

The commercial outcome data from V-Commerce deployments is unambiguous: time-on-page increases significantly, return rates fall, and conversion metrics improve across every category tested. For luxury goods, high-consideration purchases, and products where physical examination traditionally drives the sale, V-Commerce closes the gap between digital and physical retail in a way no static image or video can replicate.
